What is the cancellation window?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class so waitlisted members can join. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Can I drop in without a membership?
Yes. Single class passes are available for $20. Select the class you want and choose the single pass option at checkout.
Do waitlists actually work?
Yes. If a spot opens, you will be added automatically and notified by SMS or email.
First Time Booking?
Get your first group class free. Fill out the booking request and our front desk will set up your complimentary session.
